Our client is looking for an experienced agent to work in their busy IT Helpdesk function. Applicants for this position will need a good balance of technical knowledge and customer service skills. Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Computer Operations and Networking together with excellent communication and customer service skills is required. Previous experience in a Helpdesk*Technical Support and*or Customer Services role is essential. The Helpdesk operates on a 24x7 basis and you will be required to work a regular shift pattern (day, evening, night) including weekends and bank holidays. Access to your own transport would therefore be necessary.
